Wolf Repair Los Angeles is an independent shop built around Wolf ventilation in Los Angeles: wall, island and ceiling hoods, liners inside built canopies, downdrafts, and blowers wherever they sit — canopy, duct or roof. The ranges, rangetops, cooktops and ovens underneath them are the same kitchens, so those calls are taken too.
Refrigeration is not. It is a separate trade with its own gauges, its own failure patterns and a parts list none of this work touches. A line that claims everything usually hands half of it to somebody else; this one says no on the phone instead of sending a guess.

Method
What happens between your call and a working range

You describe the fault
Model number, what it does and when it started. That is normally enough to narrow it to one family of faults before anybody is standing in the kitchen.

It gets measured, not guessed
Manifold pressure, sensor resistance, a probe on the rack, the actual voltage at the relay. Gas cooking equipment fails in ways that read the same from the outside and are not the same fault.

You hear the number first
The diagnosis comes with a price for the repair before anything is opened up further or ordered. If it is not worth fixing, that gets said plainly.

It is tested before anyone leaves
A burner that lights once is not a repair. Full preheat, every zone, the door lock cycled — whatever the original complaint was, run again in front of you.
A visit is $89, flat, and that buys the diagnosis rather than a look. It comes off the repair as soon as you approve the work. Cooking repairs are then quoted from the six published bands. Ventilation is quoted on its own, because a hood blower is not an oven fan and pricing it from a band written for one would be a guess wearing a number.
